Chevy Chase Small Area Plan

The Small Area Plan (SAP) local Community Advisory Committee (CAC) is intended to provide input and advice to the DC Office of Planning (OP) as it develops the SAP.  At the request of the OP Northwest Neighbors Village (NNV) has sent a representative to help the CAC include the specific needs of older members of the Chevy Chase community.  NNV’s former president, Steve Altman, who has lived in the community for 35 years, will help NNV in obtaining input from the community, as well as studies of the qualities of age-friendly cities and will share that data with the CAC.  For more information on the SAP, visit the Office of Planning's website. For a more detailed description of NNV’s participation in the planning process, please download this document.
